Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 October 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern use of the website operated by Inxtinct Ltd (“Inxtinct”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Inxtinct provides cybersecurity and compliance consultancy, live cybersecurity training, and Inxtinct Learning, an online training platform for organisations.

Using our website does not in itself create a consultancy engagement, training booking or Inxtinct Learning subscription. Those services are supplied under separately agreed proposals, statements of work, booking arrangements or annual business contracts. In case of a conflict, the applicable signed service agreement governs the contracted service.

2. Company details

Inxtinct Ltd, company number 13880993, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 20–22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected].

3. Acceptable website use

You may use our website to learn about our services, read resources and contact us for lawful business purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website or its security, upload malicious code, misuse contact facilities, or infringe the rights of others.

We may take reasonable steps to protect the website or limit access where we suspect misuse.

4. Articles, guides and general information

Blog posts, checklists, articles and other website materials are provided for general educational purposes. They are not tailored legal advice, a formal security assessment or an assurance of regulatory compliance. Requirements vary between organisations and over time; check the current requirements and obtain advice specific to your circumstances where needed.

5. Consultancy and compliance work

Our consultancy work is defined by the scope, assumptions, client responsibilities, deliverables, fees and timescales agreed for each engagement. An enquiry or introductory discussion is not an agreement to provide professional services.

We work towards agreed deliverables but do not guarantee elimination of cybersecurity risk, a particular audit outcome, certification or approval by a third-party assessor or regulator unless explicitly and lawfully agreed in writing.

6. Live cybersecurity training

Online and in-person training, workshops and exercises are delivered under the relevant booking or service agreement. Dates, participation arrangements, training materials, fees and any cancellation or rescheduling terms are determined in those arrangements. Training is intended to develop awareness and capability, not to guarantee that an individual or organisation will never experience a cyber incident.

7. Inxtinct Learning

Inxtinct Learning is an online platform through which organisations can assign and manage learning for employees and other authorised learners, including courses they add themselves. Organisations subscribe through annual business contracts; there is no online payment checkout within the platform.

Platform use is further governed by the Inxtinct Learning Terms of Use and the organisation's subscription and data processing agreements. The applicable customer agreement determines fees, duration, renewal, authorised users and termination.

8. Intellectual property

Website text, designs, branding and materials are owned by Inxtinct or used with permission, unless stated otherwise. You may view and share links to our public content but may not reproduce or commercially redistribute it without appropriate rights or permission. Rights in customer-owned materials, consultancy deliverables and licensed course content are governed by the relevant agreements.

9. Privacy and cookies

See our Privacy Policy for information about personal data and our Cookie Policy for information about website storage and analytics. You can change optional analytics preferences using Cookie settings in the footer.

10. Availability and external links

We aim to maintain a useful and secure website but do not promise that it will be available without interruption. We may update or remove website content. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our pages or their practices.

Service availability obligations, if any, are governed by individual customer agreements rather than this general website notice.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to applicable law, general information on this website should not be relied upon as advice specifically commissioned for your business. Liability and remedies for paid consultancy, training and Inxtinct Learning are governed by the separate agreement for the relevant service, subject to applicable law.

12. Governing law and updates

These website Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory legal rights. We may update them and will publish the revised date on this page. Changes to an existing paid service contract follow that contract's terms.
