Facilitator and team practising phishing and voice impersonation scenarios

Practise it here. Before it happens at work.

The caller knows your name and says the account will be locked. Do you help, refuse or check another way? In our online and in-person workshops, your team hears the request, compares responses and works through what to do next.

The request looks normal. That’s the problem.

A familiar voice. A plausible message. An answer that sounds certain. Practise checking the request before acting on it.

“Paste the client file here.”

The tool is useful. Is it approved for this information?

“I’m in a meeting. Pay it now.”

A familiar name is a reason to verify, not skip the check.

“The code works. Ship it.”

What still needs reviewing before it reaches production?

Practise the decision. Before it becomes an incident.

Threat briefing

Who would target your organisation, what they want and how they might approach your team. Set the context before the challenges begin.

Live vishing call

A staged IT-helpdesk call puts the team on the spot. Work out which requests to challenge and when to escalate.

Spot the Phish

Inspect a convincing payment request or company email. Decide what needs checking before anyone acts.

Real or AI?

Compare voices and images, then discuss why a familiar face or voice cannot establish identity on its own.

Room hunt

In on-site sessions, find planted security gaps around the room. Discuss the consequences and what your team should do about them.

Practise the decision. Before it becomes an incident.

Live demonstration

See an agreed technique in action, such as an access-badge demonstration. Any physical or voice tests require written agreement and appropriate consent.

Train for the way your team works.

A finance team, a developer and a manager face different decisions. We tailor the examples to their tools, access and responsibilities, including what your company expects them to check.

Employees and AI tools

Approved tools, sensitive information in prompts and the checks an AI answer needs before it is used. Put your company rules into everyday examples.

Developers and generated code

Review AI-generated code, dependencies, permissions and data handling. Discuss the checks that belong in your development workflow.

Managers and leadership

Work through approval responsibilities, escalation routes and compliance obligations. Agree what teams need to know and who owns the decisions.

Good to know

Before we plan your training

Online or in person?

We offer both. The room hunt and physical demonstrations are for on-site sessions. We agree the activities and group size around your format.

Can you tailor the session?

Yes. We adapt scenarios to your industry, systems and procedures. Optional modules include fake Teams messages, QR traps, recruiter scams, voice cloning, USB risks, rogue Wi-Fi, lock-picking and SIM-swap explanations.

What happens afterwards?

Receive a written summary, team results where scoring is used and practical recommendations. We can also agree further sessions or learning material.

What would catch your team off guard?

Bring an awkward request, a new AI tool or a procedure people struggle to follow. Tell us who needs the training and whether it will be online or in person. We will agree the session and budget.
