Cookie Policy

Last updated: 19 October 2026

1. About this policy

Inxtinct Ltd operates this website. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 13880993, at 20–22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected].

This policy describes cookies and similar browser storage used on the public website. It does not describe every storage technology used inside an organisation’s Inxtinct Learning account.

2. Your choices

Optional Google Analytics stays off until you choose to enable it. The banner offers Reject optional, Accept analytics and Manage preferences. In preferences, you can select analytics and press Save preferences. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from browsing or sending an enquiry.

Use Cookie settings on this page or in the footer to change or withdraw your choice at any time.

3. Storage used on the website

TechnologyPurposeWhen it is usedDuration

Google Analytics cookies, which may include _ga and a property-specific _ga_ cookieMeasure website visits and usageOnly after analytics consentConfigured for 180 days; the expiry can refresh during analytics-enabled visits
Google reCAPTCHA security storage, which may include _GRECAPTCHAHelp protect contact forms against spam and automated abuseWhen you focus a contact-form field or submit an enquiryControlled by Google’s security technology and retention settings

This table describes the implemented integrations; third-party identifiers and browser behaviour can change. Local storage is a similar storage technology, rather than an HTTP cookie.

4. Optional Google Analytics

After opt-in, Google Analytics receives website-use and technical information, such as pages visited, browser and device information and technical network information. We disable Google Signals and advertising personalisation features in this website’s analytics configuration.

When you withdraw consent, we disable analytics, clear accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies and reload the page to unload the tracking code. This stops future collection; it does not undo information already collected. Google may process analytics information outside the UK.

5. Contact-form protection

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA. It loads when you focus an input or message field, or submit a form, rather than on an ordinary page visit. It can use security storage and technical device and interaction signals. This form protection is separate from optional analytics and remains available when analytics is rejected.

Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to its service. You may also contact us directly at [email protected].

6. Remembering and changing your choice

We ask again when your choice expires, is cleared or no longer matches the consent policy version. If your browser blocks storage, a choice may apply only to the current visit and you may be asked again later. You can also use your browser controls to clear existing cookies and local storage.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the website’s technology or applicable requirements change. A material change to optional tracking may require a fresh choice. See our Privacy Policy for information about other personal data we handle, or email [email protected].
