Inxtinct Learning: learner support
If your employer or organisation has provided access to Inxtinct Learning and you're having trouble with sign-in, missing courses or an assignment, contact your organisation's training administrator first. They manage enrolment, assignments and user access.
If the issue appears to be with the platform itself, email [email protected] with the course or page concerned, the error message (if any), and what happened. Do not include your password or other sensitive credentials.
Inxtinct Learning: organisation administrators
If you manage training for your organisation, we can assist with platform access, learner assignments, course progress, completion records and other questions about your subscription. Email [email protected] and identify your organisation.
You can also ask us about adding your own policies, internal courses or other training material to the platform for assignment to your learners.
End of contract and data requests
At the end of an organisation's annual Inxtinct Learning contract, access is disabled and user licences are revoked. Organisation administrators or other authorised representatives can contact [email protected] regarding retained training records, including requesting deletion or addressing return of information in accordance with the customer agreement and applicable law.
Requests involving an employee's personal information may need to be coordinated with the employer or other customer organisation that controls the learner records.
Cybersecurity consultancy and compliance support
For an existing project, contact your usual Inxtinct point of contact. For new security assessments, compliance requirements or advisory work, email [email protected] or use the website contact form. A short summary of the challenge, any relevant deadline and the kind of assistance you're seeking is helpful.
Live cybersecurity training
For questions about workshop bookings, online or in-person sessions, schedules or participant arrangements, email [email protected]. Include your organisation, preferred format and training needs.
Report a security or privacy concern
If you believe you have identified a vulnerability or privacy issue affecting an Inxtinct service, email [email protected] with the relevant details. Please do not send passwords, private keys or unnecessary personal information. We will use the report to assess the concern and determine the appropriate next steps.
